Shipping & Returns
Every piece is made when you order it, so nothing goes to waste in a warehouse.
Made to order
Your order is printed after you place it, which usually takes a few business days before it ships. You’ll get an email with tracking details once it’s on its way.
Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is a flat rate per order, shown in your cart before checkout. Orders to Canada may owe import duties or taxes on delivery, which are charged by the carrier, not by us.
Our shirts are printed in Europe, so delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after your order ships. All told, allow about two weeks from ordering, and occasionally a little longer.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it, but the new shipping cost is yours.
Returns & exchanges
Because each piece is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind. Check the fit notes and size guide on each product page before you order. Buying with the intention of keeping what you buy is better for the planet, too.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email info@minimallysustained.com within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your package never arrives, email us and we’ll sort it out.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us right away. We’ll cancel it with a full refund if it hasn’t been printed yet.
